We want you to love your Kaloré Body purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 60 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
- Items must be clean, in good condition and returned with all included accessories and packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, please clean the device before sending it back.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required. Free gifts do not need to be returned.
How to start a return
Email us at daniel.contas435@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 24–48 hours with the return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo or video of the issue and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is free; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective.
