Free shipping on every order
At Kaloré Body, shipping is always free — no minimum order, no hidden fees.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
- United States: 7–15 business days after shipping.
- Other countries: 10–20 business days after shipping.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays, peak seasons or due to carrier delays.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Customs and import taxes
Orders shipped to the United States are delivered without additional customs fees. For other countries, any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
Wrong address or lost packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your package has not arrived within the estimated time, contact us and we will help you right away — if it is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
